As usual, it was tough to rise at 6am for a run but I managed to "travel" 1.77 milez today. It wasn't pretty but it is a start in the right direction.

So when I had the first surgery for the kidney stone my weight was 217lbs. Last Wednesday, I went back to get the tube removed and I weighed in at 210lbs!!! .

I've not worked out since this thing with the kidney stone began 2 weeks and 2 days ago. This morninig I woke up at 6 and worked out for an hour.

I've been training since January 3rd to run a relay race in the annual Go St. Louis marathon. To prepare, I thought I would run the 5 mile run in for St. Patricks day.
