Well, after some time off I re-started my training this morning. Mon/Wed/Friday are workout days and Tuesday/Thurs/Sat are running days.
I had a pretty good workout considering it's been 2+ weeks since I've done anything. I did find those sore spots from last Thursday's paintball session. I can't belive that I'm still sore but I am.
New goal 13.1 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!
