So, this week I've been dreading the workouts so I thought I would try to run 3 days in a row. I was worried a little about being too sore or hurting my knee but, no pain, no gain.
Monday I ran 3 miles, then Tuesday I ran 4 miles but didn't finish very strong. This is typical for me as Tuesday's are always slower days. Today I ended up running 5 miles!!!! Actually felt really good afterwards.
Weighed myself: 197lbs. (242lbs when I started in Jan.).
